there is a q in UW about mobitz II management
the answer is transvenous pacemaker but they say this is the permenant pacemaker and that external one is the temporary one

clarification please, I thought transvenous is the temporary one. also which one should be used in a stable patient and which in an unstable patient?
transcutanoeus----> unstable pt

transvenous-----> stable pt but intially you give atropine and also implant transcutaneous pacemaker (if emergency) +cardiology consult
well I am pretty sure the transvenous is the temporary one for unstable pts after atropine, I asked a cardiologist about it even though it's common sense you cannot leave a wire permenantly inside someone's veins
there must have been a mistake in UW
