No dysphagia,no fever,no diarhia,no family Hx of simular problem.
Exam firm nodule,move w. deglutation, PR 80/min.
BP 120/70,........NL
U order TSH = 0.5
Nex step in the managm.
1.Repear TSH in 2 mounts
2.Mesure TSH,T4 ,T3
4.Radionucl.scan
5. Fine needle asp
6. Thyroid-sono

radineucleotide scan is what id choose.
from wast given its a thyroid adenoma and u cant tell the diff btw a benign adenoma n a malignanat follicular based on histo u need metastais to prove that.so fnac is of little help.
