Mr Membrane Defect was broth to u from his brather Bigliversplen end his wafe night Acidosis.
Mr MembranDefect complein of brown urine every morning.fatigue,big lever,big splein.

Hb 9.0
Hct 24
RBC 200.ooo
Reticulocyte count 11 %
sugar-water test positive
Ham test positive
URINE ph.6.6
nitrate negative
Leucocyte esterase negative
RBC negative
hemosiderin positive
What is the main couse of mortality in mr MembraneDefect.

Anything that causes Acidisis/Oxidant stress would be the causes of death....Infections, millions of drugs......you name it. BUT the most common cause is INFECTIONS.
PNH id due to decay accelerating factor def-----> Acidosis--->hemolysis.

They can precipitate but thy are not the MAJOR couse of death in HUS

did they said that thise is the main couse ,the most comon,couse of mortality
and the couse of mortality has been change since AB use but may be Kaplant notes are not so curent

I am worry about thise curent staff becouse all the book,s said that we dont use tensilium test any more becouse it is old test but i got these Q ,So even exam Q are not so curent
