OKT - u sure about A - Ehrlichiosis presents just like ricketsiae minus the rash - and has berry like inclusions in neutrophils. They are pathognomic for it.
Damn ure right! Anaplasma infects the granulocytes while Ehrlichia chafeens does monocytes.
