for these three we can predict easily

but remaining are applied when?
cervical spine truma case,MVA

decubitus hip fracture,hip replacement, masive stroke pt

needle in IVDA, heroin addict, homeless

seizure drug withdrawl

suicide after start of anti depression drug, major depression,

rest not sure
these all seems like nursing orders to me.

but can somebody put a clear light on this issue.

Universal precautions should be practiced in any environment where workers are exposed to bodily fluids, such as:
Blood
Semen
Vaginal secretions
Synovial fluid
Amniotic fluid
Cerebrospinal fluid
Pleural fluid
Peritoneal fluid
Pericardial fluid

SO hiv, AND MAY BE HEP b,c ( NOT SURE)

but not for pul tb, travelor diarrhea or allergies.
