I live in chicago just behind Cook County. All the residents from cook county live in the same apartment complex. I have matched in Connecticut and planning to move by end of may. My apartment lease ends in July. I want to subleaase my apartment till july with an option to renew the lease in July.
It is 2 mins walk from cook county, very convenient, and affordable. Its a 1 Bedrm Apt, rent is 710$ and security deposit of 850$. The rent includes heat and gas. U pay for electricity which is like 20$/mnth.There is 24 hr doorman security, laundry is in the building itself. There is ample parking available in the building itself. If someone needs I'm going to leave my couch, TV, tables and mattresses in the apartment for use.
If u want a roommate u can easily find one and then ur rent will be only 355$ which is pretty cheap. Even if u are a family I think it is pretty affordable according to prices in Metropolitan Chicago. And above all is convenience as it is 2 mins walk from cook county .
