44 yr old women with bleeding ulcer infiltrating breast mass and hard fixed axillary LN's. Next best step is-

AA Palliative mastectomy

BB Preoperative Chemo

Is there anything else mentioned in the presentation? + are there any other choices + where is the ulcer.
?????What I mean is that could it possible be a stress ulcer. If it is we may have to address it first as it may not be able to stand the burden of surgery????

It is Kaplan online Q bank question. Ulcer is near nipple.
