1. MVA, pt. is less than 18 years old and passed away....on his drivers license he signed to be an organ donor......parents refuse for his organs to be taken.....what to do?

-should we respect Pt./deceased persons wish

-Should we respect parents wishes

-Should we get ethics commitee involved

-Or explain to parents how it would help to have organs to help someone else

How about if its sibling or someother family member other than parents.....do we still not take the organs?
