for diagnosing after blood culture what will be next step
1. TEE
2. TTE
TTE first ...if negative go for TEE...
TEE is better...dont know why you would do TTE if you are gonna do TEE if its negative anyway...I know its less invasive but seems like an extra step if you you have a high level of suspicion anyway
so whats the answer for exam guys?
