how do u manage this patient ........

1. 2 year old child with foreign body ( beans ) in the ear canal
2. 2 year old child with foreign body ( living insects) in the ear canal
3. 2 year old chid with cerumen impactation in the ear canal .

any one pls !!!!

1. Objects that are round or breakable can be removed using a wire loop, a curette, or a right-angle hook that is slowly advanced beyond the object and carefully withdrawn. Small inorganic objects can be removed from the external auditory canal by irrigation

2.Live insects should be killed before removal by irrigation or forceps. These insects can be killed by instilling 1 percent lidocaine, alcohol or mineral oil into the auditory canal.

3. ear irrigation
