2. ampicillin + metronidazole + gentamicin
3. clindamycin + metronidazole + gentamicin
4. clindamycin + ampicillin
5. clindamycin + ampicillin + gentamycin

Last 3 should be eliminated very qiucky.....because ...Metrinadole is clue here.

agree. usually they start Zosyn/cefepim or fluoro/metro, imaging diverticulitis case
broad-spectrum antibiotic
coverage, including anaerobic coverage,( Metrinadazo..below Diaph )is appropriate.
coverage against many of the gram-negative organisms found in the gut (Am +Gent).
