g2p1 at 24 months presents with weakness of rt side has hemorrhagic area in brain on left with superor sagital sinus thrombus.....

Diagnosis is Venous sinus thrombosis in pregnancy.

right ans even if we see hemorrhage on ct with a venous thrombus we will give anticoagulant.
now if a pt of afib on warfarin develops hemorrhagic stroke wat will u do?
