25 years old female was dragged out from a fire. PE found soot in her nose and mouth, but there is no obvious burn lesions. she is able to tell what happened but she sounds hoarse. you did ABC and iv access etc. half hour later, she sounds more hoarse. you tried to intubate her but it was not successful. she is getting SOB now. what do you do next step?

1. repeat intubation until it is successful
