so...if in the office setting and the patient is stable (except for a fever maybe...) how wrong is it to order a complete physical exam even though all you are suspecting is a sinusitis...?
if patient is stable and if u r he ll be stable enough, there is nothing wrong in going for a complete physicals...
cool...thanks...that means it doesnt have to be a 'focused' clinical exam...that does make it easier...
nothing wrong, but nothing good either if you do a rectal exam on a patient with sinusitis.
