Of course you can't comment, just mind your business of matching.
The rest does not concern you...

I know people usually say "Too good to be true", but this is just too BAD to be true...

I will comment on something which seems significant. As I said, if you dont believe in something I posted, you have wide variety of choices suited to your taste. You have a twisted mind writing something like "discussing such nonsense you are just satisfying your urge to be humiliated by WASP's". My friend, no one likes to be humiliated. I can provoke you more to write some more BS here, but I guess it is ot worth it.

If I were a program director I would definitely consider a US grad with 90 on step 1 to an IMG with triple 99s.
these program directors are NOT stupid, they can make a hell amount of money in private practice but the PREFER to teach at universities with their passion to be in the university. (at least the majority), this is something only someone who gets pleasure of watching the intern transforming in to a thriving surgeon over the pleasure of 7 figure income.
Because they are NOT stupid they know the backgrounds of each group of applicants, they are watching these forums and they see the questions asked by double 99ers, trying to memorize the answers for IV questions and asking others for what to say when asked "how are you ?".
After filling their positions with AMGs they will take calls from TRUSTED friends for other candidates, else is just a rat race. People are just sorted by their visas (to minimize paperwork), then scores, then US lors, etc etc,

I would like people to understand just one thing. The US always will prefer AMG's and this is fair beacuse it is their country.
The second fact is achieving high scores in the boards do NOT make one a better candidate then AMG's. Working 9 hours a day for 2 months anyone can get 99 ins both steps. This only shows your memorization skills and ambition (free time).
Third fact: I have thought surgery at and visited many medical schools in Europe and spent a considerable amount of time in the US to get an idea of the education. the variance of surgical education between institutions although is debatable WHILE the quality of medical students and education is NOT.
Although all of the students in the US may not the most intelligent in the world, they are chosen among the brightest college grads. in the US.
The medical education system is VERY different from Europe. They do NOT increase the number of residency spots because they can NOT increase the amount of med students. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, in order to receive funding and license to operate a medschool in the US the institution MUST meet the requirement of a specific faculty/student ratio, and the quality of education very closely monitored. This results in even the ordinary student turning in to a good doctor compared to other parts of the world. But to be more specific the students of the renown schools are simply outstanding, in terms of professional manners, reliability, and potential. These young ones do not get double 99's because they are not capable of but because they study for 2 weeks from first aid and then take the exams. If they were given thh same amount of time and material for the exams I bet 10000$ they would beat the hell out of any IMG taking the exams.

most of the people in this forum regardless of their scores are incapable of performing in a complex surgical environment with wast consequences of an error such as in the US. doing the best floor work and working as a workhorse will NOT get a CAT spot in the US, you must prove you are more productive and can give something the US grads cant

This is not Europe, this is not Middle east, things work differently here. there is NO professional courtesty, but only results.
This is the truth....
Please do NOT worry about the stupid message you have read in the beginning of the thread, Dr.Barnes denies such message having been sent through ERAS.
