i never take any documents with me on the day of IV. they never ask for anything. however, there are programs that do ask for documents that u have to bring on the day of IV, like UT-Houston and Advocate Christ in IL, but they will let you know in the IV letter.
It doesn't hurt to carry those documents with you, but I prefer to carry less junk.
