Pt with left renal artery stenosis with normal right kidney should be Rx with loop diuretic or ACEI & what will be the effect
i thought ACEI should not be used in renal artery stenosis?
the choices are:
1) loop diuretic with increase in plasma renin activity
2) aceI with increase in renin activity & angiotensin I activity
