3 month old boy brought to pediatrician for a scheduled visit.he meets all milestones appropriate for age but has vomiting after each feeding.birth weight was 6 lbs.he now weighs 12 lbs.afebrile and no other symptoms.physical examn is unremarkable.whatz most likely cause?
a)adrenogenital syndrome
B) inborn error of metabolism
c)overfeeding
d)pyloric stenosis
e)esophageal atresia

itz a case of overfeeding
here baby has gained weight appropriate for age,meets milestones.
overfeeded babies will spit up.

it is difficult to put on so much wt when baby is vomiting after every feed..

may be nimish is right.....
