s3 is one of the biggest thing in your CV the PD looks for.A PD feels secured to recruit a S3 passed candidate.
there are so so many AVERAGE program who prefer calling s3 candidates.
infact i know a few programs who initially kept the application on hold than gave iv to candidates as soon as they got s3 result
