I wanted to buy Premier review online package and they had two different packages with two different prices. Can someone tell me what the big difference is btwn the two? Is it even worth it to get the one with more money? Can someone please advise on this?

Also would studing the Premier Review, with audio, MTB, and USMLE World bank of questions be enough to study for this exam?
