i would like to know how can the mucolytic disolve the mucus from the babis lungs , and if we can associate antihistamine with mucolytic to stop th cough and and eliminate the mucus , if can somebody answer me

No data justifies the benfits of mucolytic or anntihisamine in coughing
We never use that in peds population

antihistamine (old generations) have antimuscirinic effects too. That would help decrease the secretions of the respiratory tract.
