Patient has rash which begin on trunck and spread peripherally . now developed ataxia and nystagmus. Wut is the diagnosis

Is this patient a child.

I think this patient has Acute Cerebellar Ataxia following chicken pox. Am i right.

???Complication of viral infection...cerebellar ataxia....Inf. Mononucleosis???

yes this pt is child
answer is post infectious cerebellar ataxia.
its a varicella infection .. later on developed a complication ..
oh by the way it was step 3 q.
a patient who is HIV patient has thrombocytopenia. how would you treat the thrombocytopenia

how low is the platlets and does he hav bleeding, becuase , because thrombocytopenia can be the presenting sing of hiv
do nothing except patient is bleeding or platelet count is very low
