23 YO african american women patient presents to ur office, complaining of frequent cough, accompanied with hemoptisys,night sweat, ocasional fever,and wt loss since 3mths ago. BP. 110/60.PR:78 temp:99.5, CXR shows, non-caseting granulomas which of the following cells is

the MQs are impaired in Sarcoidosis, therefore patient are more susceptible to get TB or other cell mediated diseases
