What should I say when sp c/o seeing strange writings on the wall?

do other people too see them
what is the content
how do the appear
what worsens this problem....what makes it better.
is the problem worrying him
is it worsening with time
any recent stressors/ changes in life.
any drug abuse
any head injury
any fever
any other illness
rule out
primary psychosis
secondary psychosis
substance abuse
depression
also delirium tremens if hes n alcoolic
I think the case is in FA.
