Someone please tell me,

How accurate is the NBME? For example if one was to take several NBME's within a two day period how close will the score be to each other.

In other words is it possible to score 600 in one nbme and than take a different one tomorrow and score 400?

If I am being stressed or too happy with 600 probably I will get 400 in the next day. So, when I will do these test, prepare very well just as real exam, no stress, nothing, take a good sleep at night and then I'll take it. Stress/too relaxed mode can make a difference, that's my guess.

is nbme is similiar to the exam more than kAPLAN ?
