Which protein is secreted in S phase of the cell cycle?
A) Cyclins
B) DNases
C) Histones
D) RNA polymerases
E) snRNPs (small nuclear ribonucleoproteins)
F) Tubulins
histones are synthesized ( not secreted!) in the S phase..
cyclins are synthesized in G1 and G2..
Polymerases: G1 and G2
SnRNP's, same thing..
tubulins: during M phase..
Dnases, not sure about those!!
DNases: i think they are expressed in G2: if any mistake was made during replication, they would function to nick, and hydrolyze those mismatched, if any occured!!
so wats the correct answer usmleover??
dddddddddd
synthesis phase
protein synthesis
rna polymerase
not too sure
RNA polymerases main function is to transcribe DNA into RNA... which is part of the gene expression.. and gene expression, as a process, occurs ''mainly'' in G1, G0, G2 phases..
USMLEOVER>>>> where are u....
right answer dude..???
