IN DEHYDRATION WAT HAPPENS TO RPF ,GFR , FF ?
all decrease.... as Renal blood flow decreases...
RPF reduces
GFR also reduces but not as much as the renal plasma flow
FF = GFR/RPF. As GFR suffers lesser decrease so FF will increase
wait a second...
the chronology will be...
dehydration----> blood flow decrease -----> RENIN will be secreated ---->> constriction of EFFERENT arterioles so RPF decrease ... GFR INCREASE and FF Increase ..
OH... I am so impulsive at times...
