in U.S. elderly male gender have high incidence of suicide rate. So I think it is B.
oops sorry i read A as previous history of suicide instead of "family" history of suicide.
so i guess the best probable answer in this would be B

The only way that can be E is if the pt think that diazepam is talking to Him to kill Him self.Male gender and vivorse tend to comit suicid emore ofthen and from the two I will pick a male gender .Usually women attempt unsuccesufull suicide ,but male are more succesufull.
