A 19 yo primigravid woman at 40 wks gestation undergoes fetal heart monitoring. Pregnancy has been uncomplicated. External monitoring shows a baseline heart rate of 140/min with good variability, over a period of 30 minutes, the rate increases twice to 160/min for 25 to 30 seconds. what is it? I chose D, I was wrong, so either A or E. Is it variable deceleration?
