write as much as you can and only relevant information. highlight your achievements and skills you've got.
if you had observership or volunteered in the US don't write you did things only doctors could do like physicals or procedures, no one will believe you. you can write that only if you had official externship

Thanx.. in a private clinic, i did examination too. can i write that as externship?
