hii can anyone tell me what is this california letter .. and as an img student can i get this letter from someone been staying in california... what are the criteria....any clue about it would be good or how do i get one such letter..thanks in advance

If you have cleared your step1&2 you are eligible to get it.It will take 100 days to get it.
Yes being a IMG you can get this letter from California Medical Board.
