the date written on ECFMG cert is usually the date after 2-3 days on which u get ur CS result. My CS result was not Dec 9th, ECFMG issue date 12th Dec. Also u do not get any update on OASIS or anywhere, they just FEDEX u the cert . If u r in US,it takes max 7 days, otherwise 2 wks to reach u. hope it helps.
