Do we have to mention about date of our failed cs attempt in exams section of CAF/MyERAS - - - > application - - - > exams (page 7), plz advice or we can mention just last pass date of cs, if we have a attempt.
Is the CV visible to PD or my eras application

I think you should write your fail and the date if you have an attempt.

yes, CAF generates a CV...PDs will know everything about you honey..so dont hide anything..
