sorry lascrusesdoc, How can you have a ace and calcium level without getting to know that it is a case of sarcoidosis without an cxr.
The ace and calcium levels are after the cxr.More over these levels are not specific enough for sarcoidosis.

but MTB says 1'st do cxr and then all other tests
it is clinical diagnosis , lacrus, i might disagree with u about ace first, i think next step cxr, if asymp, then observe
