I had one question -since you mentioned that FM program was in California ,i was wondering if you are in California .if yes ,how did you manage to get USCE in California??
i am an old grad and in California .This combination is a little challenging .

you are right, we can't get USCE except observership in CA. We had to pack and move to other state. During my rotations I also met other IMGs from CA, they had to relocate temporarily or permanently. Observership would not help me at all. I still have to pay off my credit cards for this luxury USCE...
