is step 3 just like usmle cd practice qs or greater
also r the qs in a block of one setting only like hospital and other block ER and other Office or mixed type in all blocks
I scored 39,30,9,18 from practice usmle cd
usmleworld 52% first time
should I give the exam in 2weeks

can anyone please ans those who have some passed step 3 difficulty level as compared to FSMB Cd & usmle world

I think is similar the level of difficulty!

All Qs in USMLE CD are real exam questions but overally speaking I felt it is easier than real exam. In my exam, at least two real Qs were exactly same as USMLE CD....gl
