Pls advise!!!

If I will be ready to take the step ! in Sept 2011, how far ahead should I apply for the test? Feb? May?

it depends on the location u'r gonna take your exam. for example, in USA it doesn't matter since there's plenty of centers.

it's better to have your scheduling permit ready at the beginning of August, that's mean you have to send your forms by the end of june since it usually takes them 1 month to reply for post graduate student
