How it cause upper motor defect in lower limb & lower motor defect in upper limb at the same time ? Pl anybody explain . Thanks a lot
it affects both the ventral horn and corticospinal tracts - thus due to ventral horn , you get lmn, due to corticospinal tract lesion- you get umn

is anterior horn and ventral horn the same thing?
because from DIT, i heard that ALS causes damage to the anterior horn and corticospinal tract
