No, "certified" does not count. Anybody can be certified.
I guess if you are in the 99s with your scores ,certified nurse assistant only will be ok.
i guess so,like anybody can be a doctor right?,or a nurse,or anything....Smile

Keep on trying and do not give up so easily. Never price yourself so low in this country; surgical assisitant, physician's assistant and medical assisitant positions are all beneath you as a physician regardless of where you obtained your medical degree. If you must look for job get into biomedical research (basic or clinical) and contribute your quota to the advancement of medicine.
