child with cyanosis
blood is flowing back frm left ventricle to left atrium..
n also frm rt ventricle to aorta..
wat is the defect?
a)TOF
b)PDA
c)VSD wt ASD
d)Transpositon of grt arteries

in TOF there is over riding of the aorta n also the vsd...so the right to left shunt exists...n so the cyanosis...
also due to the stenotic pulmonic valve..the pressure in ventricle increases..thus back flow to the atrium...
