Why mitochondeia encode their own tRNA??

A) Mitochondria cant import proteins or RNA
B) Mitochondria produce large amounts of reactive oxygen species
C) Mitochondria use a non-standars genetic code
D) The unusally low mitochondrial PH hydrolysis nuclear-encoded tRNA
