There is program for foreign medical doctors in Miami, FL. It belongs to doctor without borders, in some cases they offer help for preparation and the test cost. I don't have to much information, but I know some people got results with them

They have the program above, you did a Kaplan Dignostic test, and according with your results, they cover 100% or 40% of the prep for one step, to be a member you need to pay $60.00 annualy
