It is true true radiculopathy.

This patient has Sciatica due to disc herniation & post Laminectomy.

Spinal stenosis pain cant go beyond knees. This guy has pain in calves and even to feet.

This q is confusing as far as Dx is concerned. The D/D is disc herniation/stenosis, and vascular Dz. Now, to R/O we need to investigate. The easier one is the safest one, hence the MRI is done. Angiography sounds great but very invasive and expensive, and it is not the first choice test for suspected claudication case.
