DIT is pretty decent. The professor reads outta the First Aid... He does add a few things of his own, but not much. It is best for those who dread going through the details of First Aid on their own. It definitely is not enough to pass Step 1 on its own though. You need to add in Kaplan, Goljan, NBMEs and UW. Good luck and hope this helps.
