3.Window period marker?
4.vaccine marker?
5.Infected marker?

1.presence of HBsAg in serum for six months or longer after recognition....

2.Anti-HBs Ag IgG /or Anti-HBc IgG

3-IgM Anti-HBc when HBs Ag has been cleared and Anti-HBs is not yet detected.

(IgM HBcAb indicates recent disease ,and IgG HBcAb sinifies chronic disease)

4.Anti-HBsAg and no HBs Ag

5.HBe Ag detectable shortly after the apperance of HBs Ag and indicates viral replication and infectivity

Anti-HBe..marker suggests the cessation of active viral application and low infectivity
3- window period apears after almost 2 months so it is mostly IgG HBcAb
4- and no IGg HBcAb ( which stays for a while in recovered HB B patient)
Thanks alot though
