Why the Enterobious vermicularis female needs to come out of the Colon and lay its eggs in the Rectum?
Because it does not need an intermediate host to complete its life cycle.
I'm not sure about your answer but i read that the female goes out and lay the eggs in the anus because the eggs need oxygen for their maturation. Something new to learn !!!
