I felt kind of relieved after reading your post. I took the following diagnostic exams:

NBME 7 - 330 on July 19th
UWSA 1 - 350 on July 25th

Done almost with kaplan videos and lecture notes and 80% of UWorld. Seeing my dire performance in NBME 7, I took UWSA 1 after covering 30 % of first aid. But still no improvement was noted.

Could you please tell me how you prepared after getting 240 and 390 in NBME?

how did you raise your score in Nbme from 240 to 480 ?? I am stucked in 290 !

Wow! Congratulation! I was really motivated by you, because after reading your post, it was like I had just seen a reflection of me! So, like you said, if you made it, I can also make it!!

Now, a question. Which one do you think is more similar to the actual exam? NBME or UW? 'Cause people have mixed opinions about this, and I know that's very subjective, but I wanna hear your opinion.
