That program takes applications once per year. The application must be postmarked no later than December 15 to be consider for the following Fall quarter.

university of south carolina also has weired application deadline. they don;'t have position for 2011-2012 season.

We have updated this program in our system on July 20, 2011. They informed us that the application deadline is on November 1st. But remember, even if a program does set deadlines they might make some exceptions, in some cases.
