I have a diploma in pediatrics from India. can I get a fellowship in neonatology after my ecfmg certification? somebody please help!
I am in the similar boat. You can do fellowship but can not be board certified. In this case you can work only in a University Hospital which will get license for you, not anywhere else. If you want to be board certified, you need to do first residency and then fellowship.
