H.....small cell cancer > SIADH> mild, slowly developed hyponatremia(no confusion, siezures) is best treated with fluid restriction...
Ok got it guys...yup its H the 3% saline I was thinking of is only given if this patient had severe confusion, convulsions or coma...thanks guys Smile
